“Work is love made visible." -Khalil Gibran
Let's say you have a tolerable (or pretty cool) corporate job; you are decent (or great) at what you do, and you make ok (or really good) money doing it.
Yet, in the moments when you're honest with yourself, you wonder: Is this it? or How come I still feel stuck?
The old skills-and-experience approach to one's career leaves most professionals feeling stuck.
Why? Because often satisfaction and fulfillment aren't a function of skills and experience.
To find fulfillment and satisfaction, we need a different paradigm of thinking.
The Career Leap Method is a guided, inquiry-based process that will ground you in your career values and establish values-driven mindset. It develops a platform for new ways of thinking and fresh ideas about industries and organizations you want to be part of, and the applicability of your skills.
Throughout our life, we're taught how to acquire knowledge, get up to speed with new technologies and even sharpen our soft skills, we aren't taught how to align our careers to our values.
And we spend a significant part of our lives at work.
According to recent Gallup polls, only about 15% of the workforce experiences satisfaction.
Furthermore, on the other side of the spectrum, we hear voices shouting, "Follow your passion! Follow your passion!" While it might've worked for a few, it isn't clear what the rest of us should do...
This is why we developed The Career Leap Method.
If you're experiencing lasting dissatisfaction with your work, it is because your work is not aligned with your career values. Even if you're producing great results, getting promotions, and earning raises...
Your fulfillment, satisfaction and sense of meaning at work are measured against the career values dimensions.
Hello, I am Misha. After years of fruitful corporate career, I now focus purely on activities that make a difference for others and spark joy in my heart. One of those projects is The Career Leap.
For the past twenty years, I was deeply immersed into both the material world and spiritual realm. Now, I bring both these paradigms together to empower people and organizations.
Untill recently, I was a partner at a "Big Four" management consulting & accounting firm, where I spent 15 glorious years. I managed $100M+ worth of projects; navigated dozens of corporate cultures; advised hundreds of clients; built countless number of strategies, processes and systems; and managed and guided the careers of hundreds of professionals.
Additionally, I was the partner in charge of the Flexibility & Work-Life Balance initiative that created significant quantifiable and recognized impact for our employees.
While managing a demanding consultant career, I released a music album of my original songs "Are We Ready" (under Misha Lyuve), developed a jewelry line, wrote a blog, traveled the world, adopted three kids, and expressed my passion for causes affecting children as a board member of Worldwide Orphans.

"Courage is the most important of all the virtues, because without courage you can't practice any other virtue consistently. You can practice any virtue erratically, but nothing consistently without courage."
